It is such a wonderful blessing to see the Lord moving in such a mighty way at Fairview Baptist Church. I am so thankful to be a part of this blessed ministry; to pastor such a willing people; a Church with a Servant’s Heart; to have such great staff with a servant’s heart ready to work and go for-ward to the Glory of God.
It is February 2019 and I am excited about all the Lord has
in store for us this month. If you have not signed up for the Art of Parenting Class that will be starting March 3rd, please do so. The class will start every Sunday at 5:30 PM in Mrs. Elaine Hall’s Sunday School Classroom and will be taught
by our Associate Pastor of Family Ministries, Lee James.
On February 10th, we will be showing the movie,
Like Arrows, at 6:00 PM. This movie will relate to our church family, not just some, but all. I pray you will come and bring others with you to see this movie. The movie will give you an up close look at where we are as families today. It will also show how the Lord Jesus will work in the life of the family is we will trust Him.
If you haven’t already, please mark Sunday, February 24th. We will have Dr. Robert Jackson with us at 5:00 PM. It is going to be a church-wide service. His daughter will be providing special music. Dr. Jackson will be challenging our church concerning Planting the Seed and Accountability.
Church family, you do not want to miss these special services. They will help us grow stronger in our world, with the Lord Jesus, and I know we all want that!
